Certified translations, accepted everywhere — delivered in 24–48h
Birth certificates, diplomas, driver’s licenses, court records: certified Spanish↔English translation with signed accuracy certificate, valid for USCIS, SCDMV, universities and courts.
When USCIS, the DMV, a university or a court asks for a translation, it must be a certified one: a complete, literal translation accompanied by a signed certificate of accuracy. A friend or Google Translate won’t be accepted — and a rejected translation can delay an immigration case by months.
We translate both directions (Spanish→English and English→Spanish), deliver a signed PDF by email in 24–48 hours, and can mail hard copies or add notarization when the receiving institution requires it. Fully remote: we serve clients in all 50 states.

Frequently asked questions
Is your translation accepted by USCIS?
Yes. USCIS requires a full English translation with a certification of accuracy signed by the translator (8 CFR 103.2(b)(3)) — exactly what we deliver. Thousands of certified translations in this format are accepted by USCIS every day; no notarization is required for USCIS, though we add it free of charge if it gives you peace of mind... and for other institutions that do require it, it’s +$20.
How fast can I get my translation?
Standard delivery is 24–48 hours by email for 1–3 pages. Send your document before 11am and, with the rush option, we can often deliver the same day.
How do you count pages?
One page = up to 250 words on the source document. A typical birth certificate is one page. We always confirm the exact total before starting — the quoted price is the final price.
Do you translate documents for the SC DMV?
Yes — foreign driver’s licenses and identity documents for SCDMV transactions are among our most common orders. We know the format they expect in South Carolina.
Can you translate from countries other than Mexico?
Of course: Colombia, Guatemala, Honduras, Venezuela, Peru, Dominican Republic, Spain — any Spanish-language document, regardless of country of origin.
Do I need to visit your office?
No. The whole process is remote: WhatsApp or email in, PDF out. We serve all of South Carolina and the rest of the U.S. the same way.
