Who we are

Greenville Services ("we", "us") operates greenvilleservices.us, a bilingual document-services business serving Greenville, South Carolina and surrounding areas. You can reach us any time by email at info@greenvilleservices.us or through our WhatsApp channel linked throughout the site.

Information we collect

This website has no contact forms and no user accounts, and we do not run our own analytics on it. The information we receive is what you choose to send us:

• WhatsApp messages: when you tap a WhatsApp button, the conversation happens on WhatsApp (a Meta product) under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy. We see the phone number and content you send us there, and we use it only to quote and deliver the service you requested.
• Email: messages and documents you email us are used only to provide the requested service.
• Service documents: documents you share for notarization, translation, apostille or similar work are used solely to perform that service, shared with third parties only as the service requires (e.g., a state office processing an apostille), and are not sold or used for marketing.
• Server logs: our hosting provider (Google Firebase Hosting) automatically records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, used for security and operation of the site.

Advertising and cookies (Google AdSense)

This site displays ads served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to show you ads based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

You may request deletion of your information at any time by writing to info@greenvilleservices.us, and we will honor it except where the law requires us to retain a record.

• Ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, at info@greenvilleservices.us.

Children

Our services are contracted by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children; documents concerning minors (such as travel consent letters) are provided to us by their parents or guardians.
