Terms of Service
Last updated: September 16, 2026
What these terms cover
These terms apply to the use of greenvilleservices.us and to the document services we provide: notarizations, mobile notary visits, apostille processing, certified translations, DMV errands, tax preparation, ITIN assistance, fingerprint cards, passport photos, LLC filings, civil wedding ceremonies, travel consent letters and powers of attorney. By requesting a service you accept these terms.
Quotes and pricing
- Prices published on this site are our standard service fees; the exact total for your case is confirmed in writing by WhatsApp or email before work begins, and that confirmed quote is what you pay.
- Official third-party fees (state filing fees, county taxes, DMV fees, shipping) are additional, paid at cost, and documented with receipts.
- Notarial acts are charged at the South Carolina statutory maximum ($5 per act, S.C. Code § 26-1-100); travel and document-handling fees are separate service charges agreed in advance.
- Remote services (translations, apostilles) may require partial payment up front; the schedule is stated in your quote.
What we are — and are not
We are not a law firm and we are not attorneys. We do not give legal advice, select legal strategies, or accept fees for legal services. A notary public in the United States is not the equivalent of a "notario" in Latin American countries. We prepare and file documents at your direction using standard forms and the information you provide; for legal advice, consult a licensed attorney — we will gladly refer you.
Tax services are provided as tax preparers; translations are certified by the translator as accurate and complete, which is the standard accepted by USCIS and other U.S. agencies.
Your responsibilities
- Provide truthful, complete information and authentic documents. We may decline service where identity, willingness or document authenticity is in doubt — notaries are required to by law.
- Review the confirmed quote and documents before signing or filing; government outcomes (approval times, acceptance criteria) belong to the respective agency, not to us.
- Deadlines that depend on third parties (state offices, the IRS, consulates, mail carriers) are estimates based on current published processing times.
Limitation of liability
Our responsibility for any service is limited to the service fee you paid us for it. We are not liable for decisions of government agencies, third-party delays, or consequences of information you provided that was inaccurate or incomplete. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under South Carolina law.
Advertising, content and links
Guides on this site are general information current as of their publication date — fees and procedures of state and federal agencies change, so always confirm with the agency for your specific case. This site displays third-party advertising (see our Privacy Policy); advertisers are not endorsed by us.
